• 'Random Challenges' is a fun section for you to return to on a daily basis. With the press of a button, a new challenge is generated which will help you to improve yourself and your outlook on life. Challenges range over many subjects. As with the whole LifeKey app, the object is for you to improve in all aspects of life, thereby helping you to become a balanced, well-rounded person.

• 'Inspirational Quotes' by famous figures always packs a punch. For a 'quick-fix' on motivation on a day that you need to feel inspired quickly, the motivational quotes section has you covered. Turn to LifeKey's choice of powerful motivational quotes on a down day. We always encourage people to find motivation in as many places as possible. Like a particular quote? Do some extra research (Youtube videos can be a very powerful tool) on the author and be inspired by what others have accomplished.

• 'Healthy diet, healthy mind, healthy life' is not always something that people like to hear about, but your diet influences the functioning of your whole body. We give you some basic tips, rules of thumb and resources to follow a healthier diet. Our main goal is not for you to lose weight, but rather to start making smarter diet choices to allow your body to function at an optimum level.
