2024-03-16	Al*****	Cons: 1) the app often glitches out when I book a ride closer to either end of the day when it's in service & says the ride cannot be booked due to high activity on GMT's servers 2) it doesn't operate on Sundays 3) it would be much more efficient if it the Montpelier Hospital Hill route wasn't terminated Pros: 1) App is intuitive & runs a lot like Uber's app 2) On time performance is good
