2024-08-12	Ma*****	Worst experience. 3£ for recharging 7% of the smartphone battery in one hour. Some of the locations showed on the map are actually dismissed. I will never consider it again as a solution to recharge my smartphone in emergency moments.

Rented a power bank in the early hours of Sunday morning as my phone was dead....power bank charged it up fine...however all the bars with chargedup stations had closed so couldn't return it until Sunday evening. That wouldn't have been to bad as the app says there's a maximum charge of £9 per day until it's returned or a limit of £30 is reached. Was expecting to be charged £9 however I was charged £29.90 flat out, tried chat on the app sends you to email and had no reply yet

2024-03-15	Ma*****	Useless. Every time I tried to rent a power bank it just went in a loop, tried with Google pay and on a visa card, it would take payment then immediately refund the payment with no error or explanation as to why it wasn't working

2023-07-01	Ma*****	App is fine, retuning the charging station is impossible. Got the app as stations don't take google pay. Charger experience was good, but when I returned the charger the app didn't pick it up, even tho the station confirmed all was good. Flagged to customer service, now waiting feedback but will request a chargeback for any extra £ I'm charged. From the comments it seems to be a commor occurance, I wouldn't use this app until it's solved.

2023-06-13	Ja*****	Great app and well presented, just a bit of confusion with getting the power banks. Perhaps a light to show whether or not one is released or inserted correctly on the machines? Also the GPS is off from time to time

2023-05-14	Ma*****	Basically a con. Unable to return the bank as the charging station has been filled. So now I will be charged £30 because I am unable to return it. Only local banks that have space are all closed Avoid at all costs as they clearly plan to make money from these situations

2022-11-30	Mu*****	Just joined the app and thought i would quickly charge my phone at Stratford Westfield but the device didn't even work and they still charged me. Really disappointed with this app and and their service. I've returned the device back in its slot and they are still telling me that their device is being used. Absolutely terrible.

2022-10-15	Jo*****	paid for £3 charge for the day rental but device didn't work, not working wasn't the main problem though its more the fact that you can't swap it for a new one the app has no way for you to change device and westfields shopping centre basically said its not there property so not there problem

Rented a charger at a venue, unable to then return as charger bank was full, only option was to leave dinner early and walk 20min to the next nearest available slot, whilst still being charged despite the charger being flat. Good concept poorly executed. No customer support available on app, chat does not work, would not recommend using cost us 10x more than anticipated.
