"ADR4ALL" is a mobile application designed for the simple out-of-court resolution of disputes between consumers and traders. It covers nearly all consumer disputes, supporting direct negotiation or submission to an ADR body. Users can choose their dispute area—Tourism & Travel or Other—and navigate through the easy-to-use interface to submit cases, manage existing disputes, and access mediation rooms, all from their mobile devices. The app is free to download and offers occasional prize draws for users.
