ADR4ALL

GENERAL: ADR4ALL is a mobile application that simplifies the process of out-of-court resolution of disputes between consumers and traders.
DESCRIPTION: the ADR4ALL appl covers almost all consumer disputes and can be used by consumers, wherever they live and traders (including e-shops & marketplaces) wherever they are based or have their business activity. The app has two sector streams: the first is for Tourism & Travel (blue colour) and the second is all for other disputes (green colour). It also has two resolution process streams: the first covers the direct negotiation between the consumer & the trader and the second covers the submission of the case by the consumer to an ADR body.
PROCEDURE: the user of the application chooses whether to submit a new case or to manage a case he/she has already submitted, chooses the area of dispute (Tourism/travel or Other) and the dispute resolution process (negotiate directly with the trader or submit to an ADR body). He/she then selects a trader & an ADR body (depending on the stream), easily fills in the app fields, uploads (if needed) files and submits. The user receives on the app screen a case profile that includes a code with which he/she can log into the negotiation and mediation rooms to resolve his/her dispute with the trader or with the help of a mediator. All of the above can be easily done through the user’s mobile phone!

DOWNLOAD: all consumers can download the ADR4ALL app for free. The app also occasionally runs prize draws for users who have the app installed in their mobile devices.
