This is not a generic meditation app. Each practice is created specifically for you, based on your goals, your weekly records and your therapeutic path.

What mymind includes:

Personalized mindfulness practices — Each week you receive a recorded practice, available even with a locked screen or without an internet connection.

Personalization — Determine your preferences for each subsequent practice: level of guidance, metaphor, focus on breathing and silences.

Mindful breathing of calm — Schedule up to five notifications per day for moments of calm. Choose fixed times or let the app choose randomly for you within a range of hours that you define.

Focus — Visual focus image (mandala) that is updated weekly.

Weekly Recordings — Personalized questionnaire designed by your psychologist.

Summary — Track your progress through graphs.

Notes and Communication — Personal messages and direct communication with the psychologist.

Security — Biometric protection, inactivity lock and full GDPR compliance.

Who is mymind for:

mymind is exclusively intended for people who are in therapeutic collaboration or have received an invitation from the scientific manager. It is not available as an open application.

Subscription:

Access is provided through a monthly subscription with a free 14-day trial period. There is no automatic renewal — each renewal is made with your explicit consent.

mymind does not replace psychotherapy or medical practice. It is a complementary tool for psychosomatic support.
