ΕΜΔΥΔΑΣ

The Panhellenic Federation of Unions of Engineering Civil Servants of Higher Schools (P.O. EMDYDYDAS) as well as the Local EMDYDYDAS are trade union bodies of Civil Servant Engineers. Their action includes:
1. Defense of the professional and labor rights of its members (salary, insurance, pension issues).
2. Collective bargaining and interventions in Ministries, public bodies and organizations for issues concerning State engineers.
3. Legal and institutional support in matters related to professional development, evaluation and employment framework.
4. Claiming better working conditions and strengthening the role of engineers in public administration and public projects.
5. Cooperation with other scientific and trade union organizations on issues of common interest.
The information of the members of E.M.D.Y.D.A.S. for its actions is done through a website. The application transfers website information to mobile devices for more immediate information. In the application there is a possibility of notifications and a series of electronic services such as salary/pension calculation, sending standard requests, etc.
