Referrals

The doctor may refer you for tests or to a specialist, when deemed medically necessary. The fee covers the medical evaluation, regardless of the result.

€20 per session. Includes a 15-minute video conference with a doctor and, when deemed medically appropriate, the ability to issue referrals or sick leave. No subscription, no hidden fees.

Security and Privacy

Calls and medical data are protected with appropriate security measures. DocNow complies with GDPR and Law 4624/2019 (Government Gazette A' 137/2019). DocNow doctors are registered with the relevant Medical Association.

Legal framework

Telemedicine is provided for by article 66 of Law 5129/2024 (Government Gazette A' 124/01.08.2024), which amended the Code of Medical Ethics (Law 3418/2005) and concerns the provision of medical services using digital applications.

The service is intended for people located in Greece.
