User Reviews

Users praised Artsteps as a free, user-friendly way to view art in virtual galleries and showcase exhibitions. However, on Android, they repeatedly report login/registration failures, serious mobile performance and navigation issues, and limited mobile functionality (creation/editing restrictions, VR issues, RTL text). Support responsiveness is also a recurring gripe. Overall, the app shows potential but requires fixes for reliability, mobile usability, and accessibility to reach broad adoption.

Pros

Free to use for artists to showcase exhibitions
Very user-friendly interface for viewing art in virtual spaces
Helpful features that support presenting exhibitions
Positive reception of the app as a useful tool for students and educators

Cons

Frequent login/registration/authentication failures across devices (social login issues, 401 unauthorized, missing verification emails)
Major mobile performance and navigation problems (laggy controls, slow app, getting stuck, inability to move)
Limited mobile functionality and compatibility (not mobile-friendly, editing/creating restricted on mobile, VR mode not working, RTL text not supported)
Slow or unhelpful customer support and inconsistent responses
