Got the app and put some money on it, but after realizing my mistake since there is no locker in the country i'm in, i asked for a refund, which never came since the support team kept telling me i should send the reclamation from my account email, which is my 15yo gmail address. I told them a couple of times, without any success. Here goes your well deserved bad rating.
