It'r much easier to send parcels via regular web site. (boxnow.hr) In the app you can't choose the recipient locker via a map. Promotions do not apply. For a non-regular sender, the app seems to be pretty useless. During registration, the system sends the verification code accompanied by a text in GREEK. Why? I'm not even close to Greece.

Unfortunately the app doesn't support the use of coupons. So the company forces you to use the website if you have a coupon. But the website usually doesn't work properly and often lands on error page after the use of coupons...
