AeroEngineS offers comprehensive analysis of aircraft engine performance at design points, supporting various engine types including subsonic and supersonic 1-spool turbojets, and 2 or 3-spool turbofans. The extension calculates thermodynamic cycles, nozzle areas, thrust, power, and mass flows automatically using ambient flight conditions from the International Standard Atmosphere model.

It incorporates advanced compressor map operating point prediction through scaling techniques and artificial neural networks. Additionally, AeroEngineS calculates aircraft emissions during LTO cycle and cruise for subsonic turbofan engines. It also analyzes hybrid precooled rocket engines by combining thermodynamic cycles using working fluids such as air, hydrogen, and helium. This tool offers engineers and aviation professionals precise performance metrics and environmental impact data for aircraft engines.
