By default, it will not only Kudos the people that you are following, but people who they might have ridden with, if that ride appears in the feed... People you don't follow or know!
Visit the profile of someone that rode with your training buddy/spouse/partner and they will get a notification that you just gave them kudos on every ride that appeared on their profile page! Visit the feed of a club and, BAM, that attractive student that is 20 years younger than you now thinks you have looked at every run they have done!
If restraining orders are your thing, this is a good Extension but it's a little too scattergun for me!
