Love it so far. I am using the free version so far, but it works the way it is supposed. I wish I can tell who specifically opened it when sent to a group of people, but I guess there are some limitations.

Docsify has put out a new definition for my email etiquette. I now know which of my clients open their emails when and how often. This helped me create a strategical game plan which worked wonders. Thanks guys

Hardly works. Slow support, unreliable service, not as it was advertised at ALL! Over 3 days of outage, with not response from their support for paid account. Many other issues which such as not able to track emails to more than on address in an email! Yes, it is crazy, all it say is "Someone" opened your email... Any ways, this would have been -5 star if such ranking existed.
