2024-03-28	Am*****	This guy doing scam with all of us,,,,I took subscription from the very begining when the app 1st launched. He ensure that there will be only one time/single payment but after some day's he block the app access &tell subscribers to give additional 6month/yearly charges.i try to contact several times on the help line but there was no respone,i also call his personal number but his one of the family member tell me that the guy left the country and go England.He did a big scam with the dr.group

2023-06-01	Bu*****	The app is good as I had taken 1 year subscription. But I changed my phone few months back & couldn't access the data on the app on my new phone. I contacted them multiple times regarding this issue but it wasn't solved. Also i was removed from the group when I contacted them personally regarding this. Anyway, there must've been some limitations on their side to manage the app issue. Hope they'll come up with a solution to this issue with better approach towards the users. Best of luck!
