The Department of Information and Communications was assigned by the City People's Committee to be the lead unit, along with other departments, branches, and People's Committees of districts and Thu Duc city; People's Committees of wards, communes, towns and infrastructure management/ownership/maintenance units participate in processing, providing information and connecting multi-sectors to directly coordinate and handle feedback and recommendations. suggestions from people and businesses, affirming the role of the people in supervising the government and building the City.
