User Reviews

ERG for Android is praised for reliability, quick access, and its value as an emergency reference for public safety and training. However, users report critical UI bugs: placard displays and image search frequently zoom in, making details hard or impossible to read. Other frequent requests include Spanish localization and parity with the iOS UI, plus occasional reinstall issues. Overall it’s a highly useful tool that would benefit from bug fixes and feature parity.
Pros
  • Very reliable
  • Easy to access, seamless and topnotch
  • Great tool for all Public Safety personnel / first responders
  • Very helpful for emergency response training; reduces need to carry a physical reference
  • Highly practical for on-scene lookups
Cons
  • Placard display zooms in uncontrollably, making it unusable
  • Search by image often causes unwanted zoom or unreadable content, breaking readability
