App is useless. Can't do anything actually in the app. And the website is just as bad. Nothing is mad clear and easy to use. Took me 4 hours to file for unemployment. Bc of how useless the app is.

It does NOT go through faster in fact every time I use it the APP SAYS it's being processed but the money won't be on my card. I call MDES and they tell me that I haven't done my weekly certification BUT YES I HAVE AND I KEEP THE SCREENSHOTS FROM THE DUMB APP! THEN I HAVE TO DO THE PROCESS ALL OVER AND IT TAKES EVEN LONGER to receive my money putting me behind on all my bills. This app is easy to navigate and easy to complete but from the App to MDES processing there are major issues!!!
