Gimpo Pay (김포페이) is Gimpo City's official local gift certificate delivered as a mobile card for instant QR payments at participating merchants. Install the app to get a ready-to-use mobile card—no bank visit required—recharge easily, view transaction history, and enjoy additional payment benefits at designated stores. Recharge bonuses provide cash-equivalent incentives, and selected merchants may offer extra Gimpo Pay discounts.

The app also supports receiving Gimpo City policy subsidies and grants users a 30% year-end tax deduction similar to check cards (consent to Year-End Tax Settlement terms required). Operated by Kona I Co., Ltd., Gimpo Pay requests minimal required permissions for secure electronic transactions and optional permissions (camera, location, contacts, microphone, notifications) to enhance convenience.
