تطبيق هيئة الاتصالات، الفضاء والتقنية هو منصة إلكترونية متكاملة تقدم العديد من الخدمات المهمة للمستخدمين. من خلال التطبيق يمكن للمستخدمين عرض جميع أرقامهم المحمولة والخدمات المرتبطة بهويتهم عبر خدمة "أرقامي"، بالإضافة إلى إمكانية تقديم ومتابعة الشكاوى المتعلقة بمزودي الخدمة مع خاصية التصعيد عند الحاجة.

كما يتيح التطبيق الاطلاع على العروض المعتمدة من مزودي خدمات الاتصالات، وقياس أداء الشبكة بدقة من خلال خدمة "مقياس". يمكن أيضاً الإبلاغ عن أي استخدام مزعج أو أعطال طارئة في خدمات الاتصالات. إضافة إلى ذلك، يسمح التطبيق للمستخدمين بالاستعلام عن توفر خدمات الاتصالات في مواقع محددة وتقديم طلبات توفير الخدمات في الأماكن التي تفتقر إليها. التطبيق بمثابة حل شامل يهدف إلى تعزيز تجربة المستخدم وتسريع التواصل مع هيئة الاتصالات.
