we've been using it for long but now we can no longer access to the Dropbox to download the input masks we are stuck in an endless loop of authentication where we enter the correct address mail and password and allow cs entry to access tho the phone file but nothing happened it send us to the menu where I have to choose which method I want to use wether it is web or Dropbox etc basically a loop. We tried many troubleshooting to try and fix the problem but nothing works pls help us fix it .
