SEMPATI Kota Bandung

SEMPATI (Integrated Electronic Monitoring and Reporting System) for Dengue Fever is an innovative application developed by the Bandung City Health Office as a strategic effort to increase the effectiveness of controlling Dengue Fever (DBD). This application is presented as a solution to the problem of recording and reporting which has so far been done manually and not integrated, which has resulted in late case reporting, data inaccuracy, risk of information duplication, and weak cross-sector coordination.

With SEMPATI, recording and reporting of DBD cases can be done digitally and in real-time, thus accelerating the process of identifying and responding to incidents. The recorded data is more accurate and standardized, allowing for more targeted analysis of distribution trends. In addition, data integration between agencies is also improved to strengthen cross-sector coordination. SEMPATI is a real step in strengthening the disease surveillance system in Bandung City in a modern and integrated manner.
