Extension summary

An easy-to-use extension which prevents you from angering your corporate proxy or web filter by allowing you specify sites to block. Requests made to blocked websites will not be honored.

For example, if a site loads data from Facebook or Twitter some corporate proxy servers (or web filters) will pop-up a window alerting you that the site is blocked. This extension prevents such data from being loaded thereby preventing the annoying pop-up window.

** Note: This extension is not a tool for getting around your corporate proxy or web filter. It is only used to prevent you from getting inundated by "web site blocked" messages.
