One of the best snake game popup extensions. The snake moves super smooth which I like more than the blocky movements of normal snake games, and the hitbox is much smaller than the actual snake. I do have 2 minor problems though, 1 is that the window is insanely tiny and there's no way to make it bigger and 2, sometimes the snake will randomly die even though it isn't hitting anything. Usually there's a tiny lag spike which causes the snakes body to disjoint from itself and then it would die, or the same thing without the lag spike. This more noticeably happens on hard mode. Also sometimes if I do a u-turn too fast, the snake will run into its body from the front, which shouldnt be possible in snake games. I get that this is because of the hitbox thing and that the snakes position isnt on a fixed grid, but it can still be mildly annoying to have to delay u-turns a tiny bit. My highscore is i think 50 something on normal mode and 20 something on hard mode, but I dont play it much so I could make these scores much better, not that it really matters. Overall, pretty good, I recommend.

Extension safety

Risk impact
Risk impact measures the level of extra permissions an extension has access to. A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.

Snake does not require any sensitive permissions.

    Risk likelihood
Risk likelihood measures the probability that a Chrome extension may turn malicious. This is determined by the publisher and the Chrome extension reputation on Chrome Web Store, the amount of time the Chrome extension has been around, and other signals about the Chrome extension. Our algorithms are not perfect, and are subject to change as we discover new ways to detect malicious extensions. We recommend that you always exercise caution when installing a Chrome extension.

Snake has earned a fairly good reputation and likely can be trusted.
