Why the permissions are needed

• "proxy" and access to all sites: the extension's only purpose is routing your browser traffic through our proxy server. That cannot work without it.
• "storage": stores only your login and the on/off state, locally in your browser.

Your data We use your account credentials solely to authenticate you to the VPN, and your traffic passes through our server so it can be routed — that is how any VPN works. We operate a strict no-logs policy and never sell or share your data. Connections are encrypted end-to-end (HTTPS CONNECT), so page contents are never readable by us.
