It functions like this; create a delivery load, then wait for drivers of logistics companies bid to provide lowest fare. Then select the best bid offer and move it to order. Once order is confirmed, your load can start moving. Once order is delivered and accepted, then the order is closed.

In essence, here, logistics service providers bid to offer lowest price to customers.
