With coverage for years ranging from 1583 to 2800, it ensures historical and modern holiday observance is accurately depicted, noting applicable changes in holiday validity by region.

Users can view holidays along with day numbers and calendar weeks, and customize the color display of date lists for easier readability. The tool supports integration by allowing calculated holidays to be added directly into users' calendars, facilitating holiday planning and awareness across varying German states. Note that historical federal state changes are not factored in, focusing instead on current state boundaries and holiday observance.
