Many I install just out of curiosity. And most of them I get rid after a few minutes, after I've clicked and messed and seen what they do (or don't do). A handful or two make it to a 'test phase', while I decide if they're ever reallly gonna be of any use. Of these, most last a couple of hours, some maybe even a full day. There are some rare ones that pass the test and get to stay installed, but even these, ineviatably, one day get removed, re-installed, removed, re-installed -- either because I only needed them for one specific task or because they're intrusive and started annoying me. Of the 100s, this is the only extension that, once installed, has never been removed. It doesn't cure cancer or know next week's winning lottery numbers, but I still give it six out of six.
