GitHub Buttons on Mobile Firefox

GitHub Buttons on Mobile

A Firefox addon to add "watch" and "star" buttons to the mobile version of GitHub.

Features & Capabilities

Unlike the desktop site, the mobile site of GitHub does not display the "Watch" and "Star" buttons and statistics for repositories when the user is not logged in. Even when the user is logged in, the mobile site does not display the number of "watchers" a repository has. This add-on uses the GitHub API to get those statistics and add the buttons to the page.

While this add-on is primarily intended for Firefox for Android, it can be useful on desktop Firefox if you intend to request the mobile version of GitHub (for example, through changing the User-Agent string).

A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.
