I tried recharging nepal sim from Australia but they look a long time to process and when I gave them an option to either give me a time frame for the processing or to refund it they refunded the money by deducting some amount. I think it was their way of income. So please guys use other app instead of this. It was a waste of my time and money

2022-05-18	Bi*****	I did the recharge for Ntc prepaid of Rs. 1000 but has not been processed to mobile number. And my bank account has already deducted the amount. I didnot get any transaction id nor it is showing in transaction history of the app.
