Scrollbar fixer or force scroller could be a better name but it's good and works perfectly

I need this for one website that, until today, always had horizontal and vertical scrollbars. It would also let me scroll up or down the page if I used the mouse wheel. Now, all of a sudden, it loads without scrollbars at all and if I use the mouse wheel it won't scroll either. Reloading doesn't work. It's not my scroll wheel either because it works on every other website. I installed this app and tried it. Both the horizontal and the vertical scrollbars show up. Gave me hope. But clicking the arrow buttons on both scrollbars still doesn't let me scroll. The buttons do nothing. The scrollbars don't have a slider either (maybe that's a setting though, I haven't looked there yet). Usually I can also scroll if I hover the mouse over a scrollbar while using the mouse wheel, but unfortunately that doesn't work with these scrollbars. (The site won't even let me scroll if I use the arrow keys on the keyboard. It's like somehow it has completely blocked or disabled any possible way you can normally use to scroll.) If I find a way to make these scrollbars work, I'll give this extension 5 stars instead of 3.
