Feb 21st 2018 - This extension does work, although I haven't tested it on many different websites. Currently I see it working on my Tumblr dashboard on various fitness related posts. However, I would love if the extension would also work in the opposite direction as well; that is, metric to imperial. I don't know what 90kgs is so I had to do a quick web search to find that it's a whopping 198 pounds.
