The app suffers from frequent crashes, logging out, and poor navigation including back button support. Mandatory onboarding steps and costly in-app purchases negatively impact user experience. While some users highlight good graphics and developer responsiveness, the app requires significant improvement for stability and usability.

This app is so frustrating. I've been trying to set up an account but it won't even let me in. I put my email in and then put a username. I get a ✅️ on both. Then it asks me to create a password. So I do and then verify that I'm not a bot. After all that it'll say that my username is taken, even though it gave me a ✅️ saying that I was good. So I change my user name and verify again that I'm not a bot and it says that my email is already registered!!! Like come on guys. Tried 3 different emails.

This app is very glitchy and clunky to navigate, and you have to use a separate authenticator app to even use this one (which is not mentioned until after you download). They need to rebuild it from the ground up.
