Not able to get it to work. Getting the error: "Sorry, don't know how to handle that right now, show Kevin what you want to do" when I click on zendesk ticket urls (from a google doc - https) and click on either the same tab or new tab option. No errors in js console. Would be great if I could it to working. Any suggestions?
