It was horrible - was not in english and I never even came close to gettig answer. i have been working on this for 3 hours and I need to go to bed and need PIN number for work. Horrible service what did I pay for would you not have emailed me the pin number originally? It i a PIN number required to use when scanning to documents. Why do I need that function? documents to my email can you remove the PIN NUMBER REQUIRED - WHEN ORIGINALLY PURCHASED IT NEVER NEEDED IT AND ALSO PLEASE RESPND IN eNGLISH Other users on this print never have been asked for PIN munber??!!! It is 2:15 am and I need to be up at 5 - in ENGLISH can you tell me if you ca remove pin number
