I don't see the point of these extensions that proliferate and pollute extension sites. When you're faced with a grid of images, several images on a page, they download them in thumbnail format. The goal of this type of extension is to avoid clicking on each thumbnail to view its original, larger image. The goal is for the extension to handle links to the images in their original size, and for you to download them as a group. So, what difference does it make to doing it manually? None. The goal is to save time, not to waste it downloading an old extension that, in the end, serves absolutely no purpose other than to increase the visitor statistics on the extension site.
