What is Twitter Volume Control?
Twitter Volume Control is a Chrome extension that adds a volume slider to Twitter videos. It is no longer necessary as Twitter now has native volume control. However, the extension is still available for those who prefer the horizontal version. Check out the source code on GitHub.

Summary
TWITTER FINALLY ADDED THIS FUNCTIONALITY NATIVELY - THIS EXTENSION IS NOT NEEDED ANYMORE. I will leave it on the webstore anyway in case people prefer the horizontal version.
No Vine support, only native twitter videos.
