Mandoob Chat

Mandoob Chat gives delivery drivers one official place to talk to recipients.

Start every delivery with a ready, pre-approved message template, then keep talking to the recipient in text, photos, videos, voice notes, files, stickers, and your location on a map.

What makes it different?
• Start a shipment in seconds: pick the template, enter the recipient's phone and tracking number, then send.
• Keep the conversation going: replies arrive in the app instantly, with sent, delivered and read receipts.
• Send anything: camera photos, gallery media, voice notes, documents, stickers and your location on a map.
• Reply, quote and react: swipe a message to reply, long-press to react — just like the chat app your customers already know.
• Track every shipment: each conversation is a shipment with its own tracking number and status — new, in delivery, delivered or cancelled.
• Search and filter: find any conversation by name, phone number or tracking number, and star the ones you come back to.
• Import your whole route: upload a CSV or Excel file and open conversations for every shipment at once.
• Never miss a reply: notifications with sound reach you while the app is closed or the screen is locked.
• Confirm the delivery: one tap inside the chat closes the shipment.

Built for delivery drivers!
• Arabic and English with full right-to-left support and automatic language detection.
• Light and dark themes that follow your device settings.
• Sign in easily with your phone number, with no password to remember.
• Your default delivery details are filled into every message automatically.
• Reach your account from any device.

How does it work?
Mandoob Chat delivers your messages through well-known messaging platforms, so they reach recipients in the messaging app they already use — no new app to install.

Mandoob Chat is made for delivery companies, courier services, and independent drivers.
