This malicious software showed up in my chrome browser out of nowhere and I just assumed the icon that I saw in the top right corner of my Chrome browser was from my online employer. Instead it is a scam that I've never heard of before that charged my credit card $47.88. I immediately contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and I intend to file a police report for theft and unauthorized use of my card. I will also go to social media to report this software as a danger to all web browsers. I believe it is called "Guardio" and you should avoid the malicious software and watch your browser for unauthorized installation. Also remove all credit cards and other personal info from your Google account to prevent issues like this.I do not trust Google after this theft they perpetrated upon me.
