This is the worst shopping experience ever. I ordered an item and paid for it. Despite the huge transaction cost to their playbill number, they only partially refunded the amount with no explanation. After following up, they sent the remaining amount but refused to reimburse me for the transaction cost. It looks like they do not have the items they purport to sell. After a customer makes payment, they partially refund the amount and boom! They made a profit out of selling nothing!

DO NOT INSTALL THE APP FOR ANYTHING, they sell counterfeit goods in full view of the customer care and they'll go an extra mile to laugh at you're bad choices in purchase knowing fully that you've been ripped off. I made an order and after 10 mins of receiving it I had to cancel it, it took more than one n a half weeks for my money to be refunded.🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

Worst experience! I canceled 1 item from my order & after delivery they refunded me half the amount for the cancelled item. When I raised this they then claimed that they had to use "anthor vendor" (a more expensive one) from the one I chose on their app without notifying me. They used the excess amount to pay this vendor, with no receipt! Also LIED that they called to tell me of the change but the call (recorded) was to confirm the item color I want. Be wary with ur coins, liars & thieves
