When I use my own conference call service (by default) the extension works perfectly, but when I try to use computer audio and also give attendees the option of dialing into a conference call number, the extension is very flakey. I am constantly trying to start meetings that won't work and I keep having to scramble last second and email out new links for the current meeting. It seems that when I give attendees more than one option for audio the meeting does not get created properly
