Block Escape: Color Slide

Block Escape is a sliding block puzzle with one rule: get every block out.

Drag a block and it slides until something stops it — a wall, a fixed steel
block, or another piece. Reach a door of its own colour and it leaves the
board. A door of any other colour is just wall. Clear the board to win.

That is the whole game. What makes it hard is that the piece you need to move
is almost always behind the piece you do not.

NO TIMER, NO LIVES, NO FAILING

Most puzzle games of this kind put a clock on you. This one does not. There is
no timer, no move limit, no lives to run out and no way to lose. Undo and
restart are always one tap away, and the puzzle waits exactly as long as you
do. Play a level in twenty seconds or come back to it tomorrow.

EVERY LEVEL IS SOLVABLE — GUARANTEED

Levels are not scattered and hoped for. Each one is built backwards from a
solved board, so a solution provably exists, and every single level is then
checked by an exhaustive search before it ships. The app knows the shortest
possible solution to every puzzle, and shows it to you as a target.

300 LEVELS, AND A CURVE THAT IS MEASURED

The difficulty curve is measured, not guessed. Boards grow, colours multiply,
fixed obstacles appear, and long bars and L-shapes arrive to create the real
jams. Early levels teach; later ones take fifteen moves and some staring.

BUILT TO BE READABLE

Every colour also carries its own shape — a dot, a triangle, a square, a
diamond, a cross, a bar — and each door carries the matching one. If you are
colour blind, this game is still completely playable. That is not an
accessibility setting to switch on; it is just how it is drawn.
