Summary

SlackLine enhances the functionality of the Slack team communication tool, presently in 2 ways:

  1. It can hide the message input field behind a button, preventing the common mistake of reflexively sending a message when you actually intended to reply to another message.

  2. It allows you to conveniently create formatted headlines to selected posts, preferably those intended as thread starters. This makes it easier to find the thread you are looking for. Just start your message text with the headline enclosed in {curly brackets} or in ALL CAPS.
