MASAV (Bank Clearing Center) was established in 1982. It is owned by the five largest banks of Israel and provides services to all the banks and their business clientele.
MASAV is a Deferred Net Settlement (DNS) system and sends its results to settlement in the RTGS system which is owned by the Central Bank Of Israel.
Masav’s site masav-online.co.il gives the banks clientele the ability to upload files. For the user to digitally sign these files we use the chrome extension to communicate with a secure token to sign these files.
