2024-08-05	Ro*****	Application was easy but the customer service don't pick calls, they don't reply email , they don't reply Whatsapp messages. I applied for a loan, it's said approved/ processing, this is more than a week now. The customer service just called me and asked some few questions. Pls I want to know if the loan is rejected or approved. Above all it's a good app for daily contributions. I recommend g able app for contributions, it helps. But I don't know about the loan cos I myself am still waiting.
