OneService App by China Life (Overseas) lets customers of the Hong Kong Branch, Macau Branch and Singapore Company manage policies and insurance services from their mobile device. Users can review coverage and account details, submit and track claims (medical, accident, critical illness), make premium payments, and receive real-time status updates to stay informed throughout each application or claim.

Group insurance self-service simplifies electronic claim submission and provides fast access to network doctor search and policy information. Macau customers also get pension self-service features (CPF/ORSO) to view balances, contribution history, fund performance, adjust allocations and track service progress. Note: some individual claims, premium payment and group services are not available to Singapore Company customers; features may vary by market and are updated regularly to improve user experience.
