Makes several sanity-saving changes and features to the FurAffinity website.

Features:

Adds a "Hide posts from this user" button on the right click menu for a user, to add that user to your FA tag block list, and hide all of their posts in search results
Removes blocked posts in search results, rather than them just being blurred
Revamps the following and 'followed by' pages. Includes user profile pictures, and viewing their bio.
Alters the categories on the FA home page to be collapsible, and makes then auto-collapsed by default (configurable)
Hides search results when no search query is provided, to hide recent site-wide posts
Makes links that would normally forcibly open a new tab open in the same tab. E.g., followers page.
