Recent reviews

We rented two Kayaks from Haigmill Park in Dalton, GA. When we returned them we noticed someone had left a kayak by the lockers. My wife tried to return the Kayak to the locker but the locker was broken and the door would not shut / latch. She immediately called to let them know this. They charged us $400 for this Kayak trying to say that it was stolen. Do not use this system. it is a rip off.

BUYER BEWARE!! The app will rent you kayaks that are NOT in the locker. The app will rent you kayaks that are locked with a combination lock that a QR code will not open. When you contact "customer service" when you're on-site and wondering how to get your kayak rental, the ONLY way to contact them is via email and they do NOT reply. There is NO WAY to delete your credit card information from the app either! I am deleting this app and would recommend against using their service!
