2024-11-05	An*****	It keeps glitching and not letting me go online. It used to be a great app but recently it is extremely unreliable to use. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times but keeps telling me the connection is not secure and asking me to update

2024-11-01	Ge*****	Crashes too often, and also freezes. Very annoying, won't even allow me to log in, keeps flickering and not loading page after log in.down now till 1 star, as it's not even opening...... Still not working, and even after having an update to get rid of the issues, bugs or whatever, really need to yrid if the whoever is supposed to be fixing the problem. Absolutely ridiculous, and from a well named banking institution.

2024-10-17	Ne*****	App graphics stretched / unreadable, payments to other banks getting slower, and don't work after 4pm on a Saturday. 2 payments made this evening to other banks (Thursday 10pm), still hasn't reached or even left AIB account (processing in payment logs).

2024-10-11	Da*****	" technical difficulties have occurred please try again later" it's Friday and i need to access MY MONEY now, really not good enough, find someone competent to code your app. This is a banking app and as such should have the best developers not amateurs.

2024-09-24	Mi*****	This used to be an excellent, very reliable app, but over the past 4 months it has deteriorated. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it to no avail. Problems I mentioned in my review in May 2024 remain ..... [edited] UPDATE 24 SEP 2024 Having uninstalled and re-installed the app three times it now seems to be working as it ought. No indication from AIB or App Developer that they actually corrected any bugs but thanks anyway. I am a satisfied user again.

2024-09-14	Gr*****	2nd time I've had to leave a negative review. Confirm spend in the app came up on a website and when I log onto the aib app to confirm, the option is nowhere to be found. I know nothing is ever going to change on this app, as all the problems that need fixed haven't been in 3 years. My solution, change banks

2024-09-11	Vi*****	Was trying to log in all the time it said that may details are wrong which wasn't ,installed, uninstalled app several times, keeps asking for update and always comes up as a technical issue or URL is too long or something. Was calling to customer service. Didn't get much help, either. The old app was better. This one is rubbish. It's 2024, and the app still doesn't work properly.
