TapMeals Printer is a dedicated order-printing companion app for merchants on the TapMeals food ordering system. Once set up, it runs silently in the background and automatically detects and prints every new incoming order through a paired Bluetooth thermal printer — no manual action needed.

If the printer disconnects, the app automatically retries every 30 seconds with a visible countdown timer. An alert with sound notifies staff so the issue is addressed quickly.

Audible notifications play for new unconfirmed orders, network failures, and Bluetooth disconnections — ensuring staff are always aware even in a busy kitchen environment.
