в РФ не работает. Пишет, что подключение установлено но ни один сайт не открывается. Попробовал попереключать разные сервера, штук пять разных прощёлкал - ни один не заработал.

Во первых в РФ нерабочий, во вторых - автоматически выбирает всегда только Украину, в третьих - если и работает, то очень медленно и только если позволяешь собирать все данные
